Working with people has always been my passion. Organizing – pragmatic and goal-oriented – suits me.
I worked for decades in a large, internationally operating industrial company, first for a long time as an assistant to the management, and for almost ten years in human resources as a personnel developer.
My training as a moderator and trainer, as a change management companion and as a systemic coach gave me, among other things, the technical tools.
I implemented this in numerous seminars that I held. In addition, I accompanied a wide variety of teams on a wide variety of topics and executives in the field of change management.
As an apprentice officer, I was not only allowed to accompany a large number of apprentices, but also many trainers in their development.
The moderation of workshops and events is also my strength. I love accompanying people and promoting their development in the long term. And I like to lend a hand: with a good eye for aesthetics, I like to decorate, lend a hand where it is helpful and can improvise when necessary.
My motto is: “Think positively, act courageously and live in the now” and “Doesn’t work, doesn’t exist!”

Why should I seek help from an event or wedding manager?
Every event has a special purpose – whether it’s a company event, private celebration or wedding. Dealing with this is the core competence of the event manager. It is important to consider a lot of details and all the little things. From conception organization to execution reflection. We – as event managers – have the experience for this. And we can advise you on all aspects of the event (see AZ), choose cooperation partners with you and negotiate with these terms and conditions.
Do I already have to know the exact details?
You don’t have to think about the details yourself – we will give you ideas and suggestions.
Do I have to research and negotiate beforehand?
You don’t have to spend your valuable time researching and negotiating – we have the appropriate network (regional, national and international) and the negotiating skills for this – and you are free to do your actual work. We – as event managers – have the experience for this. And we can advise you on all aspects of the event (see AZ), choose cooperation partners with you and negotiate with these terms and conditions.
Do I have to take care of the wedding myself?
You can look forward to your wedding with ease, you are sure that everything will work out for you and you can ENJOY!
How will any problems at the event be dealt with?
With us you have a partner who weighs all eventualities, prevents any problems as well as possible, does not allow them to arise and most importantly: guarantees the goal of your event.
How much does my event cost - what does the event or wedding manager cost?
The costs are of course based on your budget. If you have not yet thought about the costs, we would be happy to work out a budget together with you. The costs for the event management are based on the corresponding effort and are discussed in detail in advance so that there are no surprises later. But you have definitely won !!!! – You save time, stress and money! All topics that you can use much more effectively – privately or in business.
Why should I turn to you exactly?
Almost the best question – because we are the “best”: no, without overconfidence – we actually have a lot of experience, really know what is important and what to look out for, have already seen a lot – know the area and its businesses our cooperation partners like the back of our hand and very important to you – we handle your event with care.
What exactly does your service include?
For us it is actually best to accompany an event from start to finish: this includes the target work, the conception, budget preparation and its control, research, the selection and negotiation with the various cooperation partners from A to Z, (e.g. location, caterer , Side events, CI-compliant stationery, shuttles up to any giveaways), scheduling and monitoring, as well as communication and briefings. The most important thing, however, is above all the support and support during the event itself. To know that professionals act in your interests, who know about the red thread of the event, are the contact persons for you and your guests and always have a plan B in their pocket, contributes significantly to a relaxed event for you.
Do you also take care of post-processing, billing and feedback?
Post-processing, billing and feedback are also part of our service. This is always not possible due to the costs – we know that: of course, we also offer partial packages in exceptional cases.
When is the best time for me to consult you?
The sooner the better! Preparation takes time and the more you and we have for it, the more guaranteed success is. So don’t be afraid to ask early enough and talk to us.
