The starting point for our unique and new programs developed for business is the difficult search for and retention of good apprentices and skilled workers. The reasons for this are manifold: demographic development, cohorts with low birth rates, high schools vying for young people, and much more. Our systemic approach is developed for all companies. Whether 1 apprentice or 20 or none (yet). For infrastructural reasons, it is hardly possible for many companies to implement sustainable measures on their own – we offer a unique opportunity here.
We bundle these companies and industries and make our resources available. We look at the system: managers, trainers, apprentices, processes! UNIQUE / NEW / SUSTAINABLE
In this way, all participants score equally from the advantages of our program and thus we achieve a win-win situation for everyone: for the training companies, their trainers and for the apprentices.

Our services start with the conception. We advise on personnel marketing through to the implementation of development measures. We support communication and funding opportunities and are a link to public platforms and institutions (e.g. vocational schools).
Possible contents of the annual program
- Kick-off event for management and executives: coordination of the annual program and definition of the infrastructure
- Conception of fact sheets for each partner company – important for the application of personnel issues
- Organization of regular fireside chats of the GF – for the purpose of exchanging and learning from one another, e.g. leadership, ethics, funding opportunities …)
- Further development of the trainers (2 half-day seminars / year) and the possibility of exchange
- Apprentice academy with 2 day seminars / year of apprenticeship on personal development topics
- and optionally with accompanying project work
- Apprentice excursion – together 1 / year
- First day of apprenticeships – joint start – with entrepreneurs, apprentices and their parents
- Project work by the apprentices from A to Z
- Teaching information day – directly in the company
- Optional: organization of apprenticeships with high school diploma
- Annual evaluation and, if necessary, appropriate adjustment of the program.
- Apprentice marketing and representation of partner companies
- Public relations and PR
- Presentation in schools & trade fairs (regional)
- Graduation ceremony after the end of the apprenticeship with the presentation of diplomas from the apprentice academy
- and presentation of the project work with a nice frame
Binding:
for the duration of the apprenticeship or, in the case of new entry, the remaining apprenticeship time for existing apprentices.
Attendees:
at least 20 apprentices per group, per year – composed of the various companies, areas and industries.
Costs:
€ 625, – net / quarter / apprentice – for each additional apprentice € 600, – / (excluding possible subsidies from e.g.: Land, WK, etc.)
Contents:
General considerations on teaching training, ethics, responsibility, tips on recruiting, information and suggestions about possible tools, exchange of experience, funding opportunities, explanation of time resources …
Attendees:
at least 6 – max. 12 people from different companies
Costs:
€ 225, – net / participant (with subsequent participation in the annual program, € 150, – is credited)
If required and on request the program can be tailored to individual companies and carried out individually.
