DAY TRIP FOR APPRENTICES (together with their trainers)

Whether in-house or cross-company: both have their charm, their justification and can be realized by us. Here is a suggestion for a meaningful excursion – yes, more than an “excursion”, because the goals are manifold:
- Exchange and getting to know each other (both apprentices and trainers) – create trust
- Learning effects: joint action, joint planning: mutual support; Active listening; individual responsibility
- Self-assertion and assertiveness AND willingness to compromise
- Increase creativity
- “Celebrate” together, have fun on a great day

Possible program for such a day:
07:30 arrival / arrival
08:30 introductory games
09:00 Presentation of the agenda and clarification of handling and expectations
10:00 a workshop (in groups) for apprentices and for trainers
12:00 Presentation of the results per group
13:00 small lunch / snack
2:00 p.m. joint activity – indoor or outdoor
5:00 p.m. party together: barbecue or goulash cannon; Feedback: What do I take with me from this day, what do I leave there
7:00 p.m. end
Details and prices: depending on your wishes and specifications, we would be happy to make an offer. We are happy to bundle companies, ie. From you, those apprentices and trainers that you have take part – together with other companies – or we organize this exclusively for your company. Details
