Instructor Seminars

by Ingrid Stefl

Good apprenticeship training can only be provided by good trainers.

Apprentices are allowed to develop over an entire apprenticeship period. Often, trainers are not given the opportunity to continue their education or to exchange ideas. We have something for you!

Objective:

Through the program, the trainers receive an update on modern and ethical leadership. The shared learning experience, the exchange of experiences and the practical exercise complement the theoretical inputs. Self-reflection enables further development.

Methodology:

Inputs and impulses from experienced experts, internal training units, exchange of experiences, reflection

The five modules:

KICK OFF:

  • Get to know each other – also with HR managers and executives
  • Clarification of expectations
  • Presentation of the program
  • Input: leadership, mission statement, values

TOOLS:

  • What can and must trainers use to prepare?
  • Checklists for screening applicants and for preparing for various interviews
  • Communication: questioning techniques
  • Error culture

NEW GENERATION CHALLENGES:

  • Generation Y and X – what should be considered?
  • How do young people want to be “treated” today?
  • What do we – as trainers and training company – have to adjust to?
  • Which ethical values are essential?

RIGHT UPDATE:

  • Legal conditions: what is still with the “old” – what is “new”?
  • What has changed in terms of social media, etc.?

GUIDED TOUR: BEFORE AND NOW:

  • Change management: what is our own attitude, how can we “soften” beliefs and face current challenges?
  • The SENSE question!
  • Feedback from the program: MY findings, what will I explicitly implement? What kind of support do I need and how do I “get” it?

DIPLOMA:

  • Joint closing dinner for the participants and optionally with HR and executives.

SCHEDULE: 5 appointments each from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (appointments are agreed and coordinated jointly).

SERVICES: Preparation and follow-up, accompaniment and moderation of the entire program, internal and external trainers and speakers, handouts, organization of the premises including catering (drinks and a small snack per module, conclusion with food.

The program is optionally accompanied by keeping a “diary”: all participants note down “special” observations, experiences and findings for personal reflection, but also for discussion with others.

At the beginning of each module, the findings to date are captured approx. 15 minutes in advance and feedback and evaluation are dealt with in approx. 15 minutes at the end.

COSTS AND DATES: will be published on our website for 2021. In-company programs can be offered individually.

At this point we would like to draw your attention to our REFUELING series of seminars, which is ideally suited for motivation and employee loyalty.
