Refueling – farewell to the auto-pilot
Time to think about it, to pause and, above all, to refuel
Our fast moving times demand more and more from each individual, no matter what stage of life he or she is at. Both in private and in the business sector, you are expected to be in top physical condition at all times, both physically and mentally.
This is the only way to meet all requirements nowadays.

Psychological well-being is more likely to be neglected because you don’t have enough time to take care of it. However, the signs of the times show us that we have long had a need for action here. The more and more common burn-out, but also more banal forms, such as simply not being really fit and productive and not being able to cope with everyday situations with the calmness you used to be, are classic symptoms.

The digital world is doing its part to ensure that everything has to go faster. The sender expects an immediate response to an e-mail, we “google” everything immediately, whether people, data or facts. We share everything via social media, WhatsApp and Co – almost at the moment of the action, in brief, with hashtag # and as an emotional addition there is at most a preprogrammed “emoji”.
And YES, everything has a place in our existence – but:
This can no longer be stopped
and actually we don’t want to give up the comforts that all of this offers.
If you’re in a hurry, go slowly
(chinese proverb)
So it is time to pause for a moment.
Time to take a closer look at habits and thought patterns!
We invite you to:
Depending on your needs and wishes and of course according to your time resources, we will help you to find the right path for you.
We offer you possible solutions with specially put together “packages”, but we can also react very individually to customer requests and adapt to the corresponding target group: managers, teams, employees in general, but also individuals.
A forest worker will always take the time to sharpen his saw so that he can do his job professionally with excellent tools.
If it is not about real “tools” but about our emotions, our patience, our calm and serenity, our inner attitude, we usually don’t have time to maintain these, our own “tools”.
